Tom Vincent
A graduate of the Academy of Contemporary Music Tom Vincent has been playing drums for most of his life and works as a full time musician. Tom met Simon through both of them working on the same session and have been working together ever since. Tom is the powerhouse behind the SJW band providing strong grooves and great feel. Inspired by the drumming greats of the 1970s Tom's playing combines the power of John Bonham, the control of Nick Mason, the creativity of Neal Peart and Stewart Copeland with the flamboyance of Keith Moon. Tom plays Yamaha drums and Sabian cymbals combined with auxiliary snares, percussion and roto toms to create a diverse and interesting rhythmic soundscape. Tom loves to perform and he is always happy to meet with fans to chat about all things drumming.
